With the launch of the Runchain token, every buy and sell will pay a 3% tax. The launch treasury will collect it in ETH and deposit it into a public rewards vault. Every 24 hours the vault will be split in five equal parts, one per record, and each part will be credited to that record's current holder, who can claim it whenever they want.
